Delicious Lemon Icebox Pie Recipe


Ingredients:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (I used Eagle Brand)
1 6oz. can of frozen lemonade from concentrate (I used Minute Maid)
1 8oz. tub of whipped topping (I used Cool Whip)
1 8in. graham cracker crust (I cheated & used store-bought)

Directions:
Do not preheat anything, but rather, precool your freezer to something like "freezing." 
In a medium size bowl, mix first 3 ingredients with a whisk until smooth & creamy.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Freeze for at least 2 hours, but ideally overnight.
Cut into slices and serve.
Can be garnished with more whipped topping or meringue or lemon zest.
